Their visit to Gujarat – home to rich Buddhist heritage sites like Devni Mori and Vadnagar – reflects the growing spiritual and cultural ties between India and Thailand. As envisioned by Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi, this exchange strengthens the shared values of peace, harmony, and dhamma that bind our ancient civilizations. The delegation's interest in Gujarat’s inclusion in the Buddhist Circuit reaffirms our commitment to developing Devni Mori as a global Buddhist pilgrimage destination. The Thai delegation also paid heartfelt tributes to the victims of the recent plane tragedy in Ahmedabad.
