I think Gov’t should rather be focused on fixing the evident corruption, mismanagement, procurement breaches and inefficiencies at ECG & energy sector rather than impose more taxes. How did those debts come about in the first place? We know! Taxing an already impoverished people is a no-no esp when history is witness that intended purposes for imposing these taxes become an illusion. We paid TOR recovery levy and after 20 years, TOR is further broke than it was. It only created a few rich officials.
