Karachi University Professor Elected Fellow of the Royal Society of Biology Dr. Syed Ghulam Musharraf, a prominent professor at the International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences (ICCBS), University of Karachi, has been elected as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Biology (FRSB), United Kingdom, in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the field of Biological Mass Spectrometry. An ICCBS spokesperson confirmed that Prof. Musharraf is the only scientist from the University of Karachi to receive this prestigious fellowship. Notably, he is also among the few chemistry Professors at the university to have earned a Doctorate of Science (D.Sc.) degree at an early stage in his career. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Raza Shah, Director of ICCBS, University of Karachi, extended his congratulations to Prof. Musharraf on this remarkable achievement, acknowledging it as a significant milestone not only for the professor but also for the institution.
