Heavenly Father, On this Wednesday morning we lift our hearts in gratitude, trusting in Your steadfast love and sovereign rule. As the dawn breaks, we echo the words of the psalmist: “Give the king Your justice, O God, and Your righteousness to a king’s son” (Psalm 72:1). Grant us wisdom to discern Your will today, that our words and deeds may reflect Your perfect justice and mercy to all we encounter. Lord, let Your righteousness flourish in our lives like the sun’s warmth upon the earth. May Your compassion flow through us to the poor and oppressed, bringing hope to the brokenhearted and relief to those in need (Psalm 72:4). Guide our decisions with integrity, that we might honor You in every responsibility entrusted to us. We pray for communities near and far—that under Your reign they may prosper in peace, “prosperity also in his days and abundance of peace, till the moon be no more” (Psalm 72:7). As we journey through this midweek day, strengthen our faith, deepen our trust, and empower us to be vessels of Your justice and love. In the name of Jesus Christ, our righteous King, amen.
