☁️ KICTANet Joins Kenya’s Cloud Adoption Multi-Agency Committee 🇰🇪 We are pleased to share that KICTANet is now part of the Kenya Cloud Adoption Committee, a multi-agency team constituted by the Principal Secretary, Ministry of Information, Communications and The Digital Economy(MICDE). This strategic committee — bringing together public and private sector representatives — plays a crucial role in advancing Kenya’s digital transformation through cloud adoption. 🔍 The committee’s key responsibilities include: ✅ Supporting cloud migration across entities with technical and commercial expertise. ✅ Ensuring cybersecurity, compliance, and interoperability standards. ✅ Accrediting cloud service providers and administering a cloud services marketplace. ✅ Approving internal hosting for entities and taking inventory of national data assets.
