B.C. Premier, David Eby will urge PM Mark Carney to label India’s Bishnoi gang as a terrorist group, citing growing threats in B.C., Alberta, and Ontario from transnational crime networks. The gang, reportedly used by the Indian government for transnational repression in Canada, has been linked by the RCMP to arsons, homicides, and extortion targeting Sikh Canadians.
