Kore.ai hiring Server Developer - Junior Candidate is expected be hands on in web services, server-side experience. You will be analyzing business requirements, interact with different business teams and will be a part of the solution design process. You will be working on Node.js and NOSQL etc. Will be a part of core development team and will be responsible for developing server APIs/components. You will be a part of scaling applications and database infrastructure processes. RESPONSIBILITIES • Design and develop backend services supporting RAG pipelines with LLM integrations • Optimize performance of retrieval and enrichment pipelines using Elasticsearch and MongoDB • Implement scheduled jobs, event queues, and conditional branching in processing pipelines • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate inference services and improve runtime accuracy EXPERIENCE REQUIRED • Minimum 1 plus years of solid development experience, and should have worked on open-source platforms MUST HAVE SKILLS • Should have hands-on or in-depth knowledge of GenAI LLM and Agentic AI Applications • Exposure/Knowledge on Open AI, Claude, Llama, and DeepSeek Models. • Prompt Engineering: Hands-on fine-tuning the prompts, context sharing, Guardrails, and PII Masking (Must Have) OTHER SKILLS WE'D APPRECIATE • Experience with git version control system • Experience on open-source contribution EDUCATION QUALIFICATION • Graduate in Engineering OR Masters in Computer Applications Application 🔗: https://ats.rippling.com/koreai-india-careers/jobs/d86f7869-001e-4286-8f65-afc62d01141b Apply or share now with someone who may need this.
