Disaster Recovery Manager Location - Seawoods (Navi Mumbai) Qualification: B-Tech/BE/MCA will be preferred Exp 3 to 5 years’ experience Requirements • Experienced in working experience driving BCP and DR exercise task. • Planning the Drill calendar for business and Infra applications and driving to completion. • Update and report the status of Project, Drills and Exceptions to stakeholders. • Implement Projects to automate the DR activities and improve the RTO and RPO. • Perform RCA and periodically analyze the outcome of DR drills to identify the gaps and get more controls build and check the sync at OS, APP, DB, Network and security levels. • Get the Drill run books reviewed regularly by SMEs. • Work collaboratively with OEM/Vendor for deployment of tools and automations solutions. • Build standard documentation for DR operations. • Ensuring compliance as per regulatory guidelines • Hands on Knowledge on Enterprise IT and Infrastructure key component. • Design, Plan cloud DR solutions requirement along with cloud providers. Critical competencies • Knowledge of below technology areas • Virtualization Technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) • Operating system (Windows server, Linux) • DR Tools (Perpetuity Continuity Petrol, IBM Resiliency, Azur cloud recovery/ AWS cloud Endure. • Certification in respective technology and Experience in infrastructure will be added advantage.
