This role involves leading data engineering efforts, mentoring teams, and building scalable data models to support business analytics and reporting. Key Responsibilities: • Lead data architecture, ingestion, transformation, and delivery processes. • Build pipelines using FiveTran and design efficient Snowflake data models. • Create optimized star schemas to support self-service BI and KPIs. • Analyze reports and KPIs to improve data modeling strategies. • Write clean, scalable SQL and Python code for data workflows. • Guide and mentor Data Engineers and BI Engineers. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data solutions. • Support BI teams with data for reports and dashboards. Required Skills: • 7+ years in data engineering, with 2+ years in a lead role. • Expert in FiveTran, Snowflake, SQL, and Python. • Strong in data warehousing, star schema, and dimensional modeling. • Experience working with KPIs and analytics use cases. • Proven team leadership and excellent communication skills.
