Type of Contract: Service contract based on the number of working days. Contract Duration: 30 working days. Location: Flexible – in-person (Turkey or Syria, if available) or remote. Objective of the Assignment: To design and develop an evidence-based, culturally sensitive MHPSS training curriculum that aligns with international best practices and legal frameworks in the countries where SHF operates. Key Responsibilities: • Develop a comprehensive training curriculum covering both theoretical and practical aspects of psychosocial support. • Review relevant literature and sources to build an evidence-based curriculum. • Prepare a trainer’s guide, participant handbook, and supporting materials to facilitate effective implementation.
