Recipe for scones 5L recipe Ingredients 7cups cake flour 7tsp baking powder 1cup sugar (cup not too full) 4 eggs 1 tsp vanilla essence Pinch of salt 250g Baking Magarine 1cup Amasi (Full or medium cream, both works) 1cup ultramel Method In a bowl mix all dry ingredients then rub your magarine till it looks like crumbs. In a seperate bowl mix all your wet ingredients ( Amasi, Ultramel and tsp of essence) Add wet ingredients to your dry and mix (do not overmix) Dust your table with flour and put your dough and roll it.(dough must not be too wet or too dry) Cut your scones using a scones cutter, brush with an egg on top and bake Remember to preheat your oven
