Phailen, Churachandpur District, presently residing in Mahavir Enclave, Delhi, on successfully clearing the UPSC Central Armed Police Forces (Assistant Commandant) Examination,2024—one of the most prestigious and competitive examinations in the country. A special commendation is due to Mr. Henkholen Changsan, currently serving as a Sub-Inspector in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) with the Delhi Metro. Managing such demanding responsibilities while preparing for the exam is a testament to his exceptional resolve and work ethic. We also acknowledge Mr. Carey M Goulal’s past role as Education Secretary of the Zou Sangnaupang Pawlpi, Delhi & NCR (ZSP-Delhi & NCR)—a role in which he demonstrated leadership and commitment to the student community.
