10:15 PM – Gusty winds and heavy to violent rainfall rates associated with an isolated area of rainfall are moving across Trinidad’s Northern Half. Additional heavy showers are now targeting the Northeast Peninsula (Toco and environs) and may also affect Southwestern Tobago shortly.
