_Mr. Tagwirei Arrives to Warm Welcome at Masvingo Polytechnic for Landmark Land Tenure Dialogue_ *By Tafara Pande* Masvingo — Anticipation turned to excitement today at Masvingo Polytechnic College as Zimbabwean business mogul and chairman of the Land Tenure Implementation Committee, Mr. Kudakwashe Tagwirei, arrived to a warm welcome from a vibrant audience of young people and academics from across Masvingo Province. Hundreds of young people from all districts of the province gathered early at the college, eager to engage directly with Mr. Tagwirei on pressing land tenure issues.
