_Minister Chadzamira Addresses PCC Meeting, Highlights Development Progress_ *By Tafara Pande* Masvingo - Masvingo Province Minister of State for Provincial Affairs and Devolution, Hon. E.R. Chadzamira, delivered a powerful address at the ZANU PF Provincial Coordinating Committee (PCC) meeting held at Masvingo Polytechnic College. He began by commending the party for its recent victory in the Gutu East by-election, attributing the win to strong teamwork and unity within party structures. Hon. Chadzamira also announced the impending commissioning of key development projects by the President. These include the Mhandamabwe–Mukotosi road, the Zhong zimbabwe smelting plant in Mashava, and an infrastructural project in Mwenezi. He also reported progress on the reconstruction of Chilonga Bridge, following a recent technical site visit. Emphasizing land tenure security, the Minister urged farmers to begin the process of obtaining title deeds. He noted that secure land ownership would stimulate agricultural productivity and attract further investment. Hon. Chadzamira further called for consistent stakeholder meetings across all districts, underscoring their value in fostering coordination, tracking development, and reinforcing protocol.
