It's International Albinism Awareness Day and our hearts are beaming with purpose as the Airports Company of Zimbabwe (Private) Limited (ACZ) dedicates itself to profound philanthropic work! Today, we are honoured to be with Albino Charity Organisation of Zimbabwe (ALCOZ) in Masvingo, journeying beyond our usual horizons to the M. Hugo Copota School of The Blind, about 16.9km from town. Our presence here today is not merely a corporate initiative, but action, compassion and a deeply felt commitment to giving back to the very communities that support us. At ACZ, we believe in using our reach to uplift as we support & yearn to empower individuals living with albinism. We have witnessed the resilience, strength and beautiful spirit that shines through every person we encounter, which moves us deeply. It is about providing assistance, fostering understanding and championing a more inclusive future where every person feels seen, valued and supported. As we engage with the students and community members, our resolve to make a tangible difference only grows stronger.
