Job Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Credit Controller in Rawalpindi. The role involves managing and collecting outstanding debts from clients, evaluating new credit requests, and monitoring corporate accounts to ensure timely payments. Additionally, the Credit Controller will reconcile billing statements and maintain accurate financial records. Responsibilities -Being the main point of contact in the office for and on behalf of Finance -Provide weekly updates with the Credit Control Manager (based in London) -Calling the customers on daily/ weekly basis for the debt collection in order to meet the credit terms -Regular invoicing/raising credits -Responsible for the management of the accounts receivable function within finance -Oversight and responsibility that all accounts receivable related accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis and that reconciliation items are dealt with promptly -Responsible for the approval and sign off of monthly all account receivable Qualifications/Skills -Strong analytical skills and attention to detail -Excellent communication and negotiation abilities -Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel -Knowledge of accounting principles and debt collection regulations -Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines -Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field -Previous experience in credit control or finance roles is a plus Benefits -Market Competitive -Paid Leaves -Medical Insurance -Career Advancement Opportunities Location: Safari Villas 3, Bahria Town, Islamabad
