Operation Manager Title: Operations Manager Location: In-office – Karachi Salary Range: PKR 50,000 – 70,000/month Reports To: CEO Shift timing (8PM-5AM) 🎯 Role Overview: The backbone of our outreach operation. Responsible for performance tracking, process execution, team monitoring, and system optimization across 3–4 assigned services. 📌 Responsibilities: ● Monitor daily performance of DM Reps, Content, and CSM teams ● Review CRM updates, messaging flow, and follow-up consistency ● Conduct weekly audits of message quality, lead logs, and KPIs ● Handle team onboarding into our ClickUp + Notion systems ● Coordinate reporting to CEO weekly ● Flag underperformance or system breakdowns early ● Train new hires using the existing SOP system ● Suggest system improvements or automation opportunities ✅ KPIs: ● 90%+ team completion on daily CRM ● Weekly reports submitted on time ● Performance improvement across assigned services ● Errors flagged before escalation Send your resume [email protected] 03123616404
