Yes the booty can be beautiful on men and women but it’s more than just a spectacle.The booty and hips is where your lower and upper half of your body connect. It’s a very powerful area. With out the glute muscles and the hips you can’t do a whole array of things. Obviously there is always a way to work around dysfunctions but I’m talking in the most functional optimal way. Glutes are just muscles at the end of the day. They help you bend, sit, run, stay balanced, the list goes on and on. One of the most taboo functions of the glutes is that they help you poop … I won’t go into too much detail, but people like to ignore this fact when they over sexualise the booty. The booty is and always will be the poo cave lol. All jokes aside, the hip region in theory can hold a lot of stored emotions from past experiences cause by some form of trauma. Among this debate, the emotions are apparently stored in the nervous system. People can have deep emotional release through working the glute and hip region. At the end of the day I have no idea, I don’t believe anyone actually does. We just act like we do while we use a whole bunch of words. I don’t even know if the year is actually 2025 lol I’m just told it is, who actually knows. That’s another story for another time.If you find yourself only looking at the booty in a sexual way, start to change your perspective by remembering the key points I listed above, especially about the glutes being the poo cave. Also stop watching porn. Eliminate all things in your life that contribute to your over sexulized perspective. Start looking at the body from a place of appreciation. From a place of gratitude, being grateful for the functions that it provides for your body. Not everyone is fortunate to have a functional body. Last but not least, who am I to tell you how to think.
