THIS ONE'S SPECIAL. Our CEO — the backbone of this company — summited Lhotse (8,516M) yesterday. Quietly leading from the back, he’s always been someone who sets the tone by example: in how we approach the mountains, and how we show up for the people climbing them. For the past few weeks, he’s been in the Khumbu region — coordinating across camps, supporting our climbers, and holding space for the emotional weight that high-altitude climbs carry. Through it all, he’s done what he always does: led with patience, steadiness, and heart. And now, he’s made it to the top of the fourth highest mountain in the world.
