Position: Transformation and Social Impact Manager The Transformation and Social Impact Manager will be reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.   PURPOSE OF THE POSITION As a member of the Strategic Management Team, the Transformation and Social Impact Manager has a primary responsibility of overseeing and supporting implementation of Wealthnet Finance’s Resource Mobilization Strategy in order to achieve the organization’s Strategic and Resource Mobilization objectives. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Review Wealthnet Finance’s Strategy documents and develop communication materials that help the organization position for resource mobilization. Develop, implement and monitor an annual resource mobilization workplan/ action plan with clear goals and a budget. Take the lead in identifying bilateral, multilateral, philanthropic or private sector funding opportunities and maintain a database that lists and prioritizes funding prospects. Respond to Calls for proposals by managing and reviewing all documentation related to the call, by writing concept notes and proposals and identifying partners if and when required. Archive successful and unsuccessful proposals for future use or reference Establish and cultivate strong donor relations and maintain regular communication with donors, private sector, individuals and other corporate entities. Support the Chief Executive Officer to organize visits, briefings and events with current and prospective funding partners. To assist in mobilizing non-financial resources from private sector, individuals and other corporate entities. Support the Chief Executive Officer to organize visits, briefings and events with current and prospective funding partners. To assist in mobilizing non-financial resources from private sector, individuals and other corporate entities. Support other departments in the management of donor supported projects. Writing reports to Funders Represent Wealthnet at forum meetings in order to position the institution with funding and technical partners. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE A post — graduate Degree in any of the following: Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations/ Development from a recognized University. A Track record and demonstrated experience in resource mobilization, proposal development and donor relations Experience in Community Banking and development finance in general Should have a project management background Experience In private sector engagement would be an added advantage.
