Expansion work on-going: parameter fence and drainage expanded and commissioned by the President and Commander-in-Chief on 21st May, 2025.  *Security Agencies* 139 New Vehicles for all security representatives and weapons to combat terrorism and banditry. 103 security vehicles rehabilitated. Purchase of over 1000 motorcycles for security agencies. *Securing Land for FOB* Forward Operative Bases in Gembu, Wukari and Karim Lamido Local Government Areas College of Agric Construction Construction on-going in the college as Hotels and Classrooms. *Ministry of Agriculture* • Purchase of tractors from the Czech Republic (850 tractors) • Purchase and distribution of fertilizers and animal vaccines *Ministry of Education* • Purchase of uniforms, Ipads, Sandals, school bags, books and exercise books; payment of WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, MOCK, BECE, running cost for primary and secondary school, sponsoring of training of teachers as well as exchange programme. • Purchase of hydrofoam for construction of model primary schools • Commencement of construction of 60 model schools across the state. • 50% reduction of school fees in all Tertiary institutions of the State • SUBEB - Sustaining Counterpart-Funding for UBEC Projects • Free education for primary and secondary schools • Sustained payment of Law School fees for Taraba State Law Students *Security* • Modem tracking equipment purchased to reduce banditry and other crimes. • Purchase of sophisticated arms and ammunitions, and other gadgets. • Monthly expenditure of security operations across the state. Engagement with Foreign Investors • Culminating in the first Taraba State Investment Summit on 21st May, 2025 Presidential Lodge • Work on-going with remodeling and upgrading of the facility. *Roads* • Sustaining the construction of Dakka Road • Sustaining the construction of Kurmi Road • Sustaining the construction of Pantisawa Road • Drawing and design of Ibi- Wukari-Jalingo-Zing Federal Road on-going. *Tourism* • Resuscitating the Nwunyo Fishing Festival, the award of construction of Nwunyo Resorts completed. • Award of the Mambilla Resorts through public partnership completed • Foreign engagement and collaboration with ANI at the Gashaka Gumti established. Pension and Gratuity • More pensions enrolled both in the state and local government abandoned since 2017. • Payment of gratuities abandoned since 2012 and now paid up to 2014/2015 Water Resources • Sustaining the completion of greater Jalingo scheme by SCC. • Construction and drilling of boreholes across the state through various counterpart interventions.  *Health* • Upgrading and handing Wukari Specialist Hospital to FUW as Teaching Hospital. • Award and reconstruction of Warwar General Hospital. • Award to reconstruct Takum and Bali general hospitals • Purchase of CT Scan Machines for installation in the Jalingo Specialist Hospital • Sustained purchase of essential drugs and counterpart fundings • Completion of Ussa General Hospital Lissam. • Award of construction of Specialist Hospital in Karim Lamido *Commerce* • Construction of Wukari International Yam Market on-going.
