*TARABA ACReSAL SHINES, EMERGES 3RD IN ACReSAL'S HYBRID 2025 IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT MISSION* Minna, Niger State - The Agro-Climatic Resilience in Semi-Arid Landscapes (ACReSAL) project has concluded its Hybrid 2025 Implementation Support Mission, with Taraba State ACReSAL emerging third in the overall ranking. The event, held at the Siyyam International Conference Centre in Minna, saw Kebbi State ACReSAL take the top spot, followed closely by Katsina State in second position. Taraba State's third-place finish is a testament to the state's commitment to implementing sustainable landscape management practices and climate-resilient landscape management. The mission, which brought together stakeholders from across the country, aimed to review implementation efforts, share success stories, and address challenges. The project's focus on sustainable development and environmental protection has shown significant progress, with Taraba State making notable strides. As the mission continues in Abuja, the Taraba State ACReSAL team is set to return home, while Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and GIS officers will proceed to Gombe State for further discussions. The Taraba State Government has expressed pride in the achievement, highlighting the project's alignment with the state's development agenda. Congratulations to Taraba ACReSAL on this impressive showing, and special congratulations to Project Coordinator Dr. Clement Giwa and his team for making Taraba State proud!
