Role Overview:
• Support customers in achieving their health goals through our platform by providing
assistance, building relationships, and driving engagement.
• Provide exceptional support to existing customers by addressing inquiries and
clarifying doubts about the software product.
• Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring customers understand and effectively use
the app.
• Generate leads and engage with potential customers to expand the user base.
• Inspire existing customers to upgrade their subscriptions and purchase additional
features.
• Educate users about app features such as personalized diet plans and fitness tracking
tools.
• Build strong customer relationships to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Collect feedback and share insights to improve the platform.
