*NEET UG 2025 Results: Rajasthan's Mahesh Kumar Tops; Delhi's Avika Aggarwal Leads Among Girls* Students of Kashmir The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the results of the NEET UG 2025 examination, conducted on May 4. Mahesh Kumar from Hanumangarh, Rajasthan, has emerged as the national topper by securing 686 out of 720 marks, achieving a stellar 99.9999547 percentile and clinching All India Rank 1. Among the female candidates, Avika Aggarwal from Delhi has made her mark with an impressive performance, securing AIR 5 with a 99.9996832 percentile. Her score places her at the top among girls across the country. This year, over 22 lakh candidates appeared for the medical entrance exam across 5,468 centres in 552 cities in India and 14 international locations.
