Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator Location: Satelite Town, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The Warehouse Coordinator oversees the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely order fulfilment, and adherence to safety standards. This role supports efficient receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods. Supervise warehouse staff and assign tasks to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain accurate records of inventory and ensure proper documentation. Ensure timely and correct fulfilment of orders and deliveries. Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance or repair needs. Implement and enforce safety and cleanliness standards within the warehouse. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. Liaise with suppliers, logistics companies, and internal departments as needed. Assist in the development and improvement of warehouse procedures and policies. Prepare reports on warehouse performance, stock levels, and operations. Requirements OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics coordination. Strong organisational and leadership skills. Proficiency in inventory management software and the Microsoft Office Suite. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
