Job Title: Branch Manager Location: Alaba, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Description We are seeking the services of result-oriented, diligent and honest individuals to join its growing team in Alaba as a Branch Manager. Candidates will oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to clients. Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets in terms of creation of deposits, loans, and other financial products. Ensure the effective management of branch resources, including cash, security, and other operational assets. Qualifications Candidates should possess a B.Sc/B.Tech/HND in any numerate disciplines. ACA/MCIB/ACIB or a higher degree may be a plus. Minimum of four years' experience in a similar role, preferably in an MFB/MFI or commercial bank. Proven track record of managing branch operations, achieving financial targets, and leading teams to success. Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite. Salary N600,000 / Month.
