_Call for Applications: ifa Artists’ Contacts Programme 2025_ The Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen (ifa) invites applications for its 2025 Artists’ Contacts Programme, supporting intercultural artistic exchange between Germany and countries on the OECD DAC list. This funding is open to visual artists, curators, architects, designers, art educators, and theorists engaged in non-commercial contemporary art projects. Eligible applicants must be based in Germany (including residents of at least five years) or in eligible developing or transition countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America, Eastern Europe, or the MENA region. Projects must involve collaboration with a non commercial host institution and focus on exhibitions, residencies, symposia, workshops, or research visits. The grant covers international travel, accommodation, per diem, visa fees, and insurance. Production or material costs are not eligible.
