#breaking: A US federal judge has ordered the release of pro-Palestinian activist Mahmoud Khalil, marking the end of his three-month detention.
Judge Michael E. Farbiarz said there were credible grounds to believe Khalil’s arrest was a retaliatory move against his outspoken pro-Palestinian stance — a course of action he warned could be unconstitutional.
