𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Under the supervision of the Branch Manager, the Account Manager is responsible for the growth—in both volume and quality—of the branch's loan and deposit portfolio. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞: - Respect the rules of security and ethics (Anti Money Laundering policies); - Analysing loan requests and collecting relevant documentation; - Monitoring repayments and managing debt collection; - Developing and managing both credit and savings portfolios; - Assisting the Branch Manager in operational duties; - Performing any additional tasks assigned by the hierarchy. 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬: - Strong knowledge of microfinance products and services; - Solid understanding of banking techniques; - Proven experience in credit analysis; - Fluency in both English and French; - Cameroonian nationality (male or female); - Customer- and results-oriented mindset; - Passion for sales and fieldwork; - High moral 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞: - A Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) in Banking and Finance, Management, Accounting, Sales, or a related field; - Residence in one of the following cities: Douala, Yaoundé, or Buea; - A minimum of two (02) years of relevant experience in client portfolio management and in a similar role (Account Manager) preferably in a Category 2 MFI or a bank; - Cameroonian nationality (male or female); - Immediate availability.
