*Generate Power to Succeed* _By Archbishop Charles Agyinasare_ _Day 170 (19/06/2025)_ > _Romans 1:20 (NIV) “For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.”_ Every person has the potential to achieve great things in life and to successfully pursue their dreams and aspirations. However, God has so designed it that this seed of greatness, which is in man, can only be harnessed under certain conditions or virtues. These conditions or virtues for success can be observed from God’s creation. To discover them is to discover the wisdom for success, and to adopt and use them is to generate power for success. Here are three ways to generate power for success: *1. Acquire the wisdom of the ant.* Proverbs 6:6-8 “Go to the ant, thou sluggard; Consider her ways, and be wise: Which having no guide, Overseer, or ruler, Provideth her meat in the summer, And gathereth her food in the harvest.” To succeed in life, a person must develop self-motivation, self-determination and self-supervision in order to do what is right and necessary without being told to. Like the ants, we must push ourselves to work hard now, not tomorrow. *2. Acquire the boldness of the lion.* Proverbs 30:29-30 (NET) “There are three things that are magnificent in their step, four things that move about magnificently: a lion, mightiest of the beasts, who does not retreat from anything” A lion is by nature not the strongest of beasts but its boldness intimidates even the strongest and makes it appear as the strongest. In order to succeed in life, we must develop unflinching boldness which refuses to turn away in the face of opposition, obstacles and adversities. It’s time for you to roar your way forward with lionlike boldness. *3. Acquire the sure-footedness of the goat.* Proverbs 30:29-31 (NET) “There are three things that are magnificent in their step…a male goat…” Goats are well known for their incredible agility and their ability to climb and balance in precarious places. It is said that they are notorious for escaping their pens by testing fences and enclosures by climbing out of them. It takes great knowledge and wisdom to become agile and skillful in our pursuits, to be stable in difficult times and to escape barriers by testing the limits like the goat. _Precious one, it is possible for you to achieve your dreams, break barriers and accomplish great things, therefore generate power from the ant, the lion and the goat.
