*Pray For Increase and Enlargement* _By Archbishop Charles Agyinasare_ _Day 171 (20/06/2025)_ > _Psalm 115:13-14 “He will bless them that fear the LORD, both small and great. The LORD shall increase you more and more, you and your children.”_ The blessing of God always results in our betterment, improvement, enrichment, advancement, increase and enlargement. The Bible gives a brief record of the man Jabez, who prayed to God to deliver him from pain and grief and that God would bless him and enlarge his coast. The account of Jabez ends with these gracious words: And God granted his request. These same words will be our testimony if we will pray for God to increase us and enlarge our coasts.Here are three areas to pray for increase: *1. Pray for increase for your family.* _Psalm 112:2-3 (NIV) “Their children will be mighty in the land; the generation of the upright will be blessed. Wealth and riches are in their houses…”_ Those who love the Lord are entitled to see their families blessed and prospering. You must pray and claim these promises for your family, especially for your children so that they excel in school, remain healthy and become great and blessed in life. Pray that every member of your family will be successful in their endeavours. *2. Pray for increase in your work.* _Deuteronomy 28:8 “The LORD shall command the blessing upon thee in thy storehouses, and in all that thou settest thine hand unto; and he shall bless thee in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.”_ Pray that the hand of the Lord will be on your job, business or ministry to increase and enlarge you. As you pray, God will command His blessing upon your work to increase your customers, your sales and your business opportunities. He will also bring great expansion to your work and ministry. *3. Pray for increase on your seeds sown.* _2 Corinthians 9:10 “Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness”_ You must also water the seeds you have sown with your prayers to receive your harvests. As you pray for increase in your seeds, may the Lord remember all your offerings and sacrifices to increase you more and more. _Precious one, remember that prayer brings into reality the promises of God in your life, therefore, take hold of the promises of increase in prayer and the Lord will increase and enlarge you on every side._ *Prayer:* _Heavenly Father, I ask that You enlarge my coast and increase me and my family more and more, in Jesus’ name.
