#opportunity we are looking for an experienced #boilersupervisor 🇵🇰 JOB DESCRIPTION The Boiler Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all steam boiler systems within the plant. This includes supervision of boiler operators, ensuring compliance with safety standards, coordinating maintenance, and maintaining proper documentation as per regulatory requirements KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Supervise the operation and maintenance of steam boilers, softeners, feedwater systems, and related equipment • Monitor boiler parameters (pressure, temperature, water level, etc.) and ensure proper combustion control and fuel usage • Ensure compliance with Pakistan Boilers and Pressure Vessels Ordinance and applicable environmental and safety regulations. • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. • Maintain operational logs, reports, and regulatory documents • Train and guide boiler operators and support staff • Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams for repairs or upgrades • Ensure availability of spare parts and maintenance materials • Respond promptly to emergencies such as equipment malfunctions or safety incidents QUALIFICATIONS (Education) Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical / Power Technology with Engineer certification (Class-I/lI) recognized by Directorate of Industries / Boiler Inspectorate, Govt of Sindh EXPERIENCE • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in boiler operations in an industrial setup (e.g., manufacturing, process plant, power plant). 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role • Hands-on experience with fire tube, water tube boilers, and high-pressure steam systems • Experience with fuel handling systems (natural gas, furnace oil, biomass) is a plus SKILLS & COMPETENCIES • Strong technical knowledge of boiler systems and auxiliary equipment • Knowledge of safety protocols, risk management & boiler regulations in Pakistan • Familiarity with SCADA/DCS systems Salary: Upto 85K, Lunch, Residence (optional), Pick & Drop Location: Eastern Zone, Port Qasim Interested Candidates can share their Resume (Mention the position applied for in subject line) at [email protected]
