#opportunity we are looking for an experienced #boileroperator 🇵🇰 JOB PURPOSE To operate and maintain industrial boilers and auxiliary equipment to ensure the continuous and efficient generation of steam required for plant operations, while strictly adhering to safety and regulatory standards KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Operate and monitor steam boilers (fire tube or water tube), feed water and fuel systems • Adjust controls to maintain appropriate steam pressure, temperature, and water levels • Perform daily startup, shutdown, blowdown, and safety checks as per SOPs • Record operational data such as temperature, pressure, water level, fuel consumption, and other readings • Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, valve adjustment, and minor repairs • Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and notify the supervisor in case of abnormalities • Ensure the efficient and safe handling of fuels (natural gas, furnace oil, or biomass) • Maintain logs and reports in compliance with company policies and boiler regulations • Follow health, safety, and environmental protocols at all times. • Coordinate with maintenance teams during major repairs or shutdowns QUALIFICATIONS (Education) • DAE or Intermediate (Science) • Boiler Attendant Certificate (Class-II or Class-I) issued by the Directorate of Boilers, Govt of Sindh; mandatory EXPERIENCE • 3–5 years of hands-on experience operating industrial boilers in a food, pharmaceutical, textile, or chemical processing plant. • Prior experience in starch/glucose plants is a strong advantage. • Familiarity with steam distribution systems, feedwater treatment, and burner management systems preferred SKILLS & COMPETENCIES • Good understanding of boiler operations and safety systems • Ability to detect abnormalities and take corrective actions • Knowledge of water chemistry and boiler treatment chemicals • Physically fit to work in heat and rotating shifts. • Good communication skills and discipline to maintain logs Salary: Upto 60K, Lunch, Residence (optional), Pick & Drop Location: Eastern Zone, Port Qasim Interested Candidates can share their Resume (Mention the position applied for in subject line) at [email protected]
