Develop, monitor, and coordinate the implementation of CAF's Capacity Building activities across Member Associations and Zonal Unions. 2. Act as the main contact point for Capacity Building initiatives within the division. 3. Monitor and assess the impact of capacity-building support and provide regular updates to the Director of Member Associations. 4. Support other CAF departments in developing and executing capacity-building components of their programmes. 5. Foster connections with academic institutions, NGOs, and external experts to support joint training or institutional development. *Requirements:* 1. Master's degree in Project Management, Organizational Development, Capacity Building, Sports Administration, or a related field. 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in development, project management, or capacity-building project management. 3. Experience designing and delivering training programmes or institutional assessments in Africa. 4.
