*Sales Assistant/Representative Lajly Clothes and Shoes Kaduna* *Salary*: ₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month *Job Description:* Support daily store operations, drive customer engagement, and help boost sales performance. *Role* 1. Welcome and assist customers with product selection in a professional manner. 2. Provide style advice and detailed product knowledge to help customers make informed choices. 3. Process transactions accurately using the POS system or manual records. 4. Maintain store cleanliness and ensure all merchandise is well-displayed. 5. Manage stock levels: restock, label, and assist in inventory tracking. 6. Engage with customers via WhatsApp or social media to answer questions or share updates. 7. Work with the team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by management. *Requirements:* 1. Minimum of SSCE or OND; background in sales, marketing, or fashion is an advantage. 2. At least 1 year of retail or sales experience (fashion or footwear preferred). 3. Friendly, reliable, and confident communicator. 4. Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register or POS system. 5. Self-motivated and trustworthy with a strong work ethic. 6.
