🧠 *Let’s Talk About Dopamine*
Dopamine releases when we get something pleasurable — instantly — as per our wish.
We feel happy, content, almost high.
Just like we do while watching reels, useless Gen-Z humor on social media, memes, compliments on our selfies, likes, followers, fake fame...
It feels good, right?
> But here’s the thing — dopamine has a very short life span.
Jitni jaldi yeh release hota hai, utni hi jaldi khatam bhi ho jata hai.
And then what?
You chase it again… and again… and again...
> That’s where the problem starts.
It doesn’t just give pleasure — it trains your brain to become addicted.
Your system becomes dopamine-centered.
You start avoiding anything that doesn’t give you instant reward — even if it’s important.
Examples?
Long study sessions.
Deep concepts.
Sleep. Prayer. Self-discipline.
Because they don’t give dopamine — they give peace.
And your brain… is no longer wired for peace.
