𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗦𝗘 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗜𝗥 𝗜𝗗𝘀 𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠! Once you get your ID you have to log in to your portal, The one you created using your KCSE index, and then update from there. Now some of you after getting your IDs you are rushing to register a new account with. For that you will have two distinct accounts in HEF and thats not the way to go! if you dont know a process will you try to ask? because my observation is that you guys lie doing things by yourself, of which is not a bad thing, but you end up messing things.
