Troubleshoot and repair rotating and static equipment such as pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, valves, and pipelines. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards during maintenance operations. Coordinate with production, electrical, and instrumentation teams to ensure minimal downtime. Maintain detailed maintenance records, logs, and equipment history for audits and analysis. Support the installation and commissioning of new mechanical systems and equipment. Optimize maintenance processes to reduce operational costs and improve reliability. Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with technical standards and safety guidelines. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance within the oil & refinery industry. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems used in refinery operations. Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems). Excellent troubleshooting skills, team coordination, and attention to detail. Understanding of industry standards (ASME, API, ISO). Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Maintenance Planning, Reliability Engineering, or Safety.
