*Engineer – Continuous Plant Operations (PLC Control) - Edible Oil* Location: Kheda, Ahmedabad Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Industry: Oil & Refinery Employment Type: Full-time Relocation: Accommodation provided for relocating candidates *Interested Candidate share their CV @ 6387264923 ( whatsapp only) OR [email protected]* Key Responsibilities: Monitor, control, and optimize refinery plant operations using PLC and SCADA systems to ensure efficient and safe production. Analyze real-time process data and make adjustments to maintain optimal performance and minimize downtime. Respond promptly to alarms and process deviations to avoid disruptions in continuous operations. Coordinate with maintenance and instrumentation teams for troubleshooting and repairs. Perform routine inspections and ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and environmental regulations. Document operational logs, incident reports, and performance data. Support process improvements and automation upgrades as needed. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering field. Minimum 3 years of experience in continuous process plant operations within the oil and refinery industry. Hands-on experience with PLC systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley, or similar) and process automation. Sound understanding of refinery processes and control room operations. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills under pressure. Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with DCS (Distributed Control Systems). Certification in Industrial Automation or Process Control. Knowledge of emergency shutdown systems and interlock testing.
