Today people are observing Yoga day. I saw while walking in morning many boys and girls in yoga attire, seemingly more focused on capturing photos and videos for publicity. Yoga really means to meditate and connect with Lord Sri Krishna- the Yogeshwara. Lord told Arjun to be a Yogi not for doing physical exercises but to become a Bhakti yogi .
