*The minimal morning routine*
Start your day by dedicating 1 hour to your mind & body.
- 20 minutes of working out
- 20 minutes of mindful breathing
- 20 minutes of journaling and planning
The small workout pumps oxygen into my brain which wakes me up.
The mindfulness centers my focus.
The journaling allows me to get a clear picture of the day that's coming.
If you don’t control your morning, you lose the day.
