Storekeeper
Experience Required: 2–3 years
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Storekeeper to manage inventory operations related to mechanical equipment and spare parts. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mechanical systems and demonstrate excellent administrative and communication skills, including the ability to manage emails and reports professionally.
Responsibilities:
1- Oversee the receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of mechanical materials and equipment
2- Monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate stock records, and perform regular inventory audits
3- Coordinate with the maintenance and operations teams to ensure timely availability of parts
4- Handle documentation including delivery notes, inventory logs, and stock request forms
5- Communicate effectively via email with suppliers, internal departments, and management
6- Ensure proper labeling, categorization, and secure storage of all mechanical items
7- Prepare monthly inventory reports and highlight any discrepancies or low stock alerts
8- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Qualifications:
1- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline
2- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably with mechanical inventory
3- Strong knowledge of mechanical tools, spare parts, and industrial materials
4- Proficient in using email, MS Excel, and inventory management systems
5- Excellent organizational, reporting, and time-management skills
6- High level of accountability and ability to manage warehouse operations independently
