The role involves providing 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭-𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭, managing 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐬, conducting 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠, and ensuring smooth implementation of industrial paint solutions at client sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paint formulation, application processes, and excellent client handling skills. This position bridges the gap between sales, technical service, and customer satisfaction. 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Karachi 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜e: 6-10 years of relevant experience in technical services or product development in paints manufacturing companies. Hands-on exposure to formulation, application support, customer complaint handling and product performance evaluation. Specialty in Coatings, Printing Inks or Paints.
