Career Opportunity: Deputy Manager – Learning & Organizational Development ⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE: Only candidates residing in or near the Landhi Industrial Area will be considered for this role. Agile HR Consulting is pleased to partner with a leading manufacturing client to identify a qualified and motivated professional for the position of Deputy Manager – Learning & Organizational Development (OD). 📍 Location: Landhi Industrial Area, Karachi 🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM 💰 Compensation: PKR 100,000 – 150,000 (Maximum) Position Overview: The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing learning and development strategies, driving organizational effectiveness, and supporting performance and engagement initiatives. This role requires hands-on experience in OD frameworks, policy implementation, and talent development within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and execute L&D strategies aligned with business goals · Conduct training needs assessments and deliver competency-based programs · Lead performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives · Manage organizational development interventions and cultural change initiatives · Design and implement HR policies and procedures · Collaborate with department heads to support leadership and skill development · Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements Candidate Requirements: · Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or a related field · 5–6 years of relevant experience in Learning & OD in a structured organization · Proven expertise in training design, delivery, and OD strategy · Strong interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills · Ability to manage cross-functional relationships and lead initiatives independently 📧 To Apply: Send your updated CV to [email protected] Subject Line: Deputy Manager – Learning & OD
