Agile HR Consulting is pleased to partner with a leading manufacturing client to identify a qualified and motivated professional for the position of Deputy Manager – Learning & Organizational Development (OD). 📍 Location: Landhi Industrial Area, Karachi 🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM 💰 Compensation: PKR 100,000 – 150,000 (Maximum) Position Overview: The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing learning and development strategies, driving organizational effectiveness, and supporting performance and engagement initiatives. This role requires hands-on experience in OD frameworks, policy implementation, and talent development within a manufacturing environment.
