Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, attendance, and employee records. Utilize FlowHCM for HRIS, payroll inputs, leave management, and reporting. Ensure accurate data management and compliance with company policies and labor laws. Handle HR operations for a large workforce (500+ employees). Support internal audits, reporting, and employee lifecycle processes. Address employee queries and ensure timely resolution. Requirements: 4 to 5 years of experience in HR operations. Mandatory experience with FlowHCM. Experience handling large-scale HR operations. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
