*Overview:* As an Outbound Sales Representative in our B2C, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone calls to generate sales and foster long-term relationships. Your primary goal will be to increase revenue by effectively communicating the value of our products and services to prospective buyers.
*Work Experience:*
Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing roles, preferably in the e-commerce or Agri industry.
Has a record of more than 85% conversion of leads to customers through telesales
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Adaptability and resilience to handle rejection and overcome challenges in a dynamic sales environment.
Familiarity with Excel is Mandatory.
*Proficiency in local language such as Marathi, Hindi , English ( Maharashtra) or any regional language is must.*
Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools would be preferable but not mandatory
*Key Responsibilities:*
*1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:*
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers sourced from various lead generation channels.
Utilize sales pitches to effectively introduce products and services to potential buyers.
Identify decision-makers and influencers within target organizations or households.
*2. Product Knowledge and Demonstration:*
Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, features, and benefits.
Demonstrate product knowledge during sales calls to address customer inquiries and objections effectively.
Highlight unique selling points and competitive advantages to differentiate our offerings in the market.
*3. Sales Conversion and Closing:*
Build rapport with prospects and engage them in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and preferences.
Present compelling sales propositions tailored to individual customer requirements.
Overcome objections and negotiate terms to secure sales closures.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM/Internal Data system.
*4. Customer Relationship Management:*
Cultivate relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture them through the sales funnel.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
*5.Performance Metrics and Reporting:*
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics for management review.
