*We _all_ wear masks.* Not the ones made of fabric or plastic, but the invisible ones we craft with our words, smiles, and silence. The days we show up to class, work, church, or group chats, wearing the same practiced expression: _"I'm fine."_ Even when we’re not. Because somewhere along the line, we were taught that vulnerability is weakness. That to be strong means to be silent. That if you're the one everyone counts on, you're not allowed to break. So we carry the weight, quietly. We laugh when we're supposed to. We give advice while ignoring the storm in our own heads. We help others heal while bleeding underneath our own bandages. And the scariest part? We become so good at hiding, that even we forget we’re not okay. But here’s the truth no one says enough: *Being strong doesn’t mean being silent.* *You are allowed to feel tired.* *You're allowed to ask for help.* *There is no shame in needing what you give so freely to others.* You don’t have to wear the mask forever. You deserve to be seen, not just for the version of you that looks “put together,” but for the real you. The messy, raw and honest you. And when you take that mask off...just a little, you might be surprised by who says, “Me too, I need help too.” So this is just a reminder, that you don't need to put on your mask today. I'm rooting for you Love.❤️ *THE MASK: Beyond The Seen* would be out on the 1st of July, 2025. Available only on my WhatsApp channel.
