The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Aluminium/uPVC doors, windows, and facade systems market. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and dealers. 3. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. 4. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and quotations to potential clients. 5. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. 6. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads through exhibitions, B2B meetings, and digital campaigns. 7. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. 8. Provide post-sales support support and maintain long-term client relationships. 9. Travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and explore business opportunities. Qualifications & Skills: 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in business development/sales within the Aluminium or uPVC Industry. 2. Strong understanding of fenestration systems, architectural profiles, and facade solutions. 3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 4. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth. 5.
