Key Responsibilities: • Product & Catalog Management: Maintain accurate and optimized listings across platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.). • Customer Support: Respond to queries, resolve issues, and enhance buyer satisfaction. • Order & Inventory Oversight: Process orders, update stock levels, and coordinate logistics. • Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data, generate reports, and suggest improvements. • Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and logistics to boost efficiency.
